Free energy Saving Showerheads

Magnet Group - Energywise has recently completed a Performance Contract with Eskom, for the roll out of energy saving shower heads.

Owing to the success of the program, we are continuing with the roll out,
in accordance with the Standard Offer Program (SOP). We can supply and install these shower heads FREE OF CHARGE, if we can verify potential energy savings.

Alternatively, you can consider the Standard offer program (SPP), which will suit clients with lower KWh savings. (The new qualifying criteria being >10KW). However with this programme the shower heads are not funded by Magnet-Energywise. The shower heads need to be purchased by the client and thereafter the client benefits the rebate. This process is straight forward, does not require a M&V team and generally has a response time within two weeks. Please let me know whether you wish to pursue this route.

Please take a look on how the following process works for (SOP) Standard offer Program

For companies who have onsite shower facilities, we will need to conduct the following:

-     an audit (test the flow rate of your existing showers, understand the showering habits and the heating system in use),

     -     To determine if they qualify for energy saving.

-     Submit an application to Eskom.

-     Eskom to approve proposed project, nominate M&V and establish baseline.

-     Contract finalization and authorization to start installation.

The Energy saving Showerheads which are available have been tested and accepted by Eskom and approved by Energywise Systems

Results are as follows:

Reduce hot water (power) consumption through reduced flow rate.

Flow rate savings of 30% to 50% (depending on the Industry standard).

Your shower experience will not be affected provided you do not
have Water pressure problems.

Consistent water pressure supply.

Reduce total water consumption and the risk of running out of hot water.

Conserving our natural resources.

We hope that you will consider being part of this energy saving initiative.
